Which workspace should I choose?

Choose manufacturer if you make and supply products to wholesalers. Choose wholesaler if you source from manufacturers and sell to retailers. Neighbourhood shops use the Feri retailer app.

Can I use the same account for different business roles?

Use a separate Google account for each role. This keeps the right products, orders and business permissions connected to each account.

How are payment and delivery arranged?

Payment and delivery are coordinated directly between the buyer and supplier. Feri shares business contact details after a request is accepted.

Can I update my business details later?

Yes. Your business profile lets you edit contact information, address and GSTIN. Suppliers can also manage their products, prices and availability from their workspace.
